steel tables that are tool specific.
These stainless steel tables are designed to
hold the wafer transfer systems that are
utilized through out the FAB. These
tables were built with the Technician in
mind. It is much easier to wheel the
entire tool out on the table verses lifting,
moving, etc. potentially causing injury to
the technician that is working on the
system.
